News: January 9 2012:

The Finch Landing HOA Board has received several requests
for some type of facility near the community pool for normal and special
occasion use by HOA members.  We have
researched this and arrived at the following solution.

We intend to build a 16’ x 30’ Pavilion on a 16’ x 42’
concrete pad adjacent to the pool area. The cost of this building excluding
electrical, tax on materials and permits is approximately $4,900. After much
consideration of this building, we believe that due to its central location,
access to pool rest rooms and having electrical service, it would be utilized
for special occasions by members as well as be functional for board meetings.
Also, the Jackson County Comprehensive High School shop has agreed to build
picnic tables for us at material cost. Due to the cost of this project, the
board wanted you to know in advance where our money is being spent. As always,
the board appreciates member input on this project and any other issue that
will further enhance our neighborhood.

Please take the time to add your e-mail address to the website. This will allow the board to send out regular correspondence to you regarding our neighborhood.
