Following is a message from the Finch Landing Community Association Board of Directors
Finch Landing Neighbors: We have attempted to provide the community with a pool that is a pleasure to use. There are signs that state, NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
Recently we have received complaints about ants on the pool concrete. We have found part of the cause for the ant infestation. One of our neighbors was cleaning the concrete area and they found maggots moving around on the concrete. Person cleaning looked in the trash can and found food that had been thrown in the garbage can and it was covered with maggots and ants.
We have a pavilion that is provided for food products. The pavilion has a trash can provided for members. If that trash can needs to be emptied, please empty it into the red Garbage Hound trash dumpster before you leave the pavilion.
The trash can provided at the pool for the convenience of the members, NOT FOR FOOD PRODUCTS! Please pass the word around that NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
We had another incident that was caught on the security cameras on 7/26/25. Several folks who appeared inebriated were observed trying to climb the fence to enter the pool around 10:30. Another young individual who was in the pool after the official closing time of 10:00 came to the gate and let the inebriated individuals into the pool area. If you or any of your family members is found to be at the pool after official hours or letting others who don’t have the code into the pool, your pool privileges will be suspended.
As one of our members went to clean up around the pool, they found that all of the toilets had urine in them and hadn’t been flushed.
Please work with us to keep our pool a pleasure for all to use. Notify your children of these rules and help us to keep our pool area clean and pest free.
1. No food in the pool area.
2. No alcohol in the pool area or on HOA property.
3. Do not let others into the pool area by hitting the gate button inside the fence.
4. Everyone who enters the pool area MUST use their own personal entry code.
5. Pick up after yourselves at the pool and pavilion for all to enjoy.
Greetings Finch Landing Neighbors! The Finch Landing Board of Directors is happy to announce that the pool will open on Wednesday, 5/21/25. The hours will be from 8AM – 10PM 7 days a week.
Gate codes were mailed to you on the invoice for your HOA dues. If you need your code, email board@finchlanding.com. If you are current on your dues, your code will be active to use at the pool. If your HOA account is not current, you will not be able to access the pool.
We anticipate many sunny days of enjoyment for the newly renovated pool this year!
